As a Virtual Organization Management - New Business Development Director, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, as well as follow-up on leads that we will provide you, and closing deals at breakneck speed.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, training and managing and mentoring a team of Virtual Organization Sales Associates in your region.
Execute territory sales strategies including identifying all potential clients in your local territory, building relationships with those clients, executing cold calls to targeted leads in your territory, arranging online, onsite and off-site meetings; generating PowerPoint presentations and proposals; doing diligent follow-up and closing deals.
Responsible for meeting sales team goals as set by you and with corporate approval. Continuous progress counts instead of ridiculous quotas, artificial deadlines and unrealistic goals.
Attend daily, weekly and monthly sales teleconferences.

We will provide you with plenty of advanced and sophisticated, state-of-the-art, Virtual Organization Management training. We will be teaching you all you need to know about the most advanced, sophisticated and state of the art, best practices, policies and procedures for operating in a virtual environment.
You must have high-speed access to the Internet from your home and on the road; a laptop computer with all the appropriate applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Publisher, Acrobat and etc.); a color printer; and an unlimited local and long distance phone line.
Full-time employees will be eligible for H1-B visa sponsorship to work in the United States after one year of consecutive full-time employment.

- Strong PowerPoint presentation as well as superior proposal writing skills are desired.
- Must have an existing rolodex of business contacts; be able to establish relationships with other small businesses in your local area; as well as the capability to leverage your existing relationships and your knowledge of the territory
- An aggressive, consummate, and prolific networker with memberships in various local organizations is a Big Plus.
- Experience in selling e-business solutions to small and medium size businesses is a Big Plus, however, it is not required.
- Must have good aptitude and be able and willing to invest in yourself the necessary amount of time needed to become successful at selling e-business and virtual team consulting and collaboration solutions.
- Must be a team player, as well as being able to operate independently in a virtual environment with minimum support.
- Must be extremely reliable, a self-starter, focused, determined, resourceful and organized and be able to hit the ground running.
- A minimum of 5 years sales experience is required.
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- A B.A. degree is required, an MBA is a big plus.
Bachelors
First 90 Days: 20% commissions + weekly and monthly performance bonuses. After 90 Days: Base salary + commissions + Monthly performance bonuses based on your performance. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, Retirement benefits.
