  • Location

A walk to Downtown Roseau is literally a three minute walk away; cross the river over the “New Bridge” to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, the national stadium (site of the World Creole Music Festival), local food & vegetable market, and all the entertainment that the city has to offer.

The Inn is also a short walk away from the Ferry Terminal and equally as close to taxi stands and bus stops that provide quick and easy access to all of the island's major sites and attractions. These include picturesque beaches, scenic volcanic landscapes, breath-taking waterfalls, therapeutic hot springs, an abundance of wildlife, and worldclass scuba diving and whale watching.

You can get to Dominica either by plane or sea ferry. The island has two airports, Melville Hall Airport in the north and Canefield airport in the South. Since these are not international airports, it is necessary to take a connecting flight from a nearby island such as Puerto Rico, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St. Lucia, Barbados, Antigua or St. Martin.

    From Europe
Regular flights operate from several European countries including the U.K., France and the Netherlands to St. Martin, Antigua, Guadeloupe, Barbados etc. From these islands, connecting flights can be made through airlines such as Liat, Caribbean Star and American Eagle.

    From North America
Several flights operate from various US states directly to nearby islands, several times daily. Travellers can therefore easily make connections via Liat, American Eagle and Caribbean Star to the island. The most frequently used connection for US visitors is via San Juan, Puerto Rico which serves as a hub for the Caribbean. From Canada, travellers may connect primarily through Antigua, Martinique and Guadeloupe.

    Ferry Service
There are also ferries which operate between Dominica and various neighboring islands.
