Only citizens of the following countries CAN participate to this program in Australia: UK, Canada, Netherlands, Japan, Ireland, Korea, Malta, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Hong Kong, Finland, Cyprus, France, Italy, Taiwan, Estonia

Only citizens of the following countries CAN participate to this program in New Zealand: UK, Canada, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Thailand, Norway, Italy, Japan, Argentina, Chile, Czech Rep., Denmark, Finland

The Working Holiday Visa Program is a reciprocal agreement signed by the Australian and New Zealand governments with other countries to provide opportunity for young people to holiday and supplement their funds through incidental employment.

Applicants to this visa need to agree that:
- the main reason of their stay in Australia/New Zealand is Holiday
- they will not undertake studies of training for more than 4 months (Australia) and 3 months (New Zealand)
- they would leave Australia/New Zealand at the end of their authorised stay

The Working Holiday Visa enables students to work full time in Australia for up to 2 years.

For New Zealand, citizens of the following countries: UK, Canada, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Thailand, Norway, Italy, Japan, Argentina, Chile, Czech Rep., Denmark, Finland

To be eligible for the grant of a Working Holiday Visa, you must:
- Be aged between 18 and 30
- Hold a valid passport
- Have no dependant children
- Never previously entered Australia or New Zealand on working holiday visa
- Meet health and character requirements
- Apply from outside Australia, or anywhere for New Zealand
- Be outside Australia at the time visa grant or any where in New Zealand
- Citizens of The Republic of Korea, Malta, Germany and Republic of Cyprus must apply from their home country to Australia, all other eligible citizens can apply from anywhere outside Australia.
- Have a sufficient funds for a return or onward fare
- Be able to provide (Bank Statement or Savings Account)
AUD 5000 dollars for Australia for the initial stage of your holiday
NZD 4200 dollars for NZ for the initial stage of your holiday

* Language Requirement
The English level should be at least intermediate (or the student should be able to communicate with basic English). In case the English level is lower than intermediate, the process of finding a job might be longer with the need of studying English first.
