Master's degree in Business Psychology offered by the Department of Psychology at Mykolas Romeris University is a full-time, two-year graduate programme that gives students a comprehensive general coverage of the central topics of business psychology. Courses provide students with the knowledge of research, theories, and their applications in business psychology. The study programme is designed to train psychology advisors for business with broad knowledge of psychology, management, marketing and law, expertise in human recourses, innovations, advertising and competition and ability to contribute to
business and organization development by means of scientific research and practical psychological work.
Students also develop the competences to apply gained knowledge in pursuing their personal and professional goals.
The primary mission of Master's degree programme in Business Psychology is to provide a quality education that prepares students to enter a broad range of careers in business psychology and related fields.
On completion of Master Studies in Business Psychology, the graduates may continue in doctoral studies, do research or practice as psychologists in a variety of business organizations in private and public
sector. This is a graduate programme targeted to the students who have successfully completed undergraduate university studies in Psychology.
The semester lasts 16 weeks and examination session takes 4 weeks. The programme consists of at least 60 and no more than 80 credits (90120 ECTS credits), which corresponds to one and half year of studies. Courses usually make up 3 credits. Assessment of student results will normally involve assigned course work as well as an oral or written examination.
