My second floor can be rented as a full private apartment, but is currently fully equipped as two huge rooms and eat-in kitchen plus common area good for office or dining area. One full tiled bathroom and 1/2 bath on first floor at entrance. Rooms are almost 13'X16' and each has closet. They can be taken for single or double occupancy - price adjusted. All necessities provided, linens etc.

Kitchen can be stocked with any desired breakfast - fresh fruit etc. Other meals are negotiable. Photos can be emailed to interested parties. Coin laundry in basement - front porch & huge back deck available for relaxing or smoking. Garage spaces available for added fee.

I'm a recently retired ESL, Spanish and Dance teacher - still teaching flamenco dance. Am very familiar with Chicago's cultural & ed. institutions. I'm happy to share info & English help with guests - privacy is also respected.
