Mente Argentina has designed a program which will allow you to enter the complex world of wine and learn the secrets of the famous Argentine Malbec. The program seeks to teach you about wine production, introduce you to wine tasting techniques, and broaden your knowledge of varietals, flavors, and pairing strategies so that you can enhance your enjoyment of wine with family, friends and colleagues.

The program includes a engaging, interactive course which covers a comprehensive introduction to wine. During the classes, you will taste more than 50 exclusive Argentine and international wines which will provide you with extensive tasting knowledge and experience. Some of the topics included on the syllabus are: visual and sensory analysis of wine, intensity of colors, tasting vocabulary, wine production, and wine and food pairings. Both programs start every week so you can sign up to participate when it is most convenient for you.

The intensive program lasts two weeks and takes place in the city of Buenos Aires. The regular program lasts one month and includes a trip to the province of Mendoza, Argentina's wine country, where you will visit some of the most important wineries in Argentina. There you will put your tasting knowledge into practice and have the opportunity to taste some of the best wines in the country.

Mente Argentina offers this course with one of the most renowned institutions in the country. Mente Argentina's program focuses on knowledge of wine coupled with tasting experience to create this comprehensive curriculum.

The head of Mente Argentina's wine school is considered one of the best sommeliers in Argentina. Together with her staff of experienced teachers in the wine industry, she shares her passion for wine in a professional and exciting way.

The school has many locations in Buenos Aires in the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city. Depending on your accommodations, you will be assigned to the location closest to you.

Courses start every week, have a flexible schedule and adapt to participants' availability. This will allow you free time to travel, meet people, venture outside of the city and experience a new culture!

Originally from France, Malbec is one of the most sought-after grapes in the world, and its rise in popularity can be attributed to its careful cultivation in Argentina.

Mente Argentina invites you to become a wine expert, with the chance to visit Argentinas wine region, and numerous scenic wineries, and above all, to have fun while traveling, learning and wine tasting.

Do you want to learn or improve your Spanish? Mente Argentina offers you the opportunity to combine your Wine program with Spanish lessons. This way, you will be able to learn or improve your Spanish while enjoying a unique learning experience in Buenos Aires.

Lessons last four hours and are offered from Monday to Friday at the Mente Argentina Spanish School in small groups of up to eight students. These group classes will be combined with individual Spanish lessons so that you can work specifically on your weaknesses and your areas of interest.

The teachers at our Spanish School are highly qualified and have years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language. Our classes are very interactive, beneficial and above all enjoyable! The classes can be scheduled for the morning or the afternoon, so they will not conflict with your Wine program activities.
