Description

The sushi program of Mente Argentina aims both at beginners and those who wish to broaden their culinary knowledge and become more skillful chefs.

Classes are delivered 3 times a week.

The regular sushi program lasts 1 month. You will make all varieties of sushi as well as Wok dishes and other oriental dishes.

The intensive sushi program lasts 2 weeks, and both individual and reduced group classes are available.

In the program you will learn not only how to cook base rice but also how to prepare the different ingredients used for the cooking of different varieties of sushi.

During the classes, the focus will be on the cooking of all kinds of Rolls, Makis, Niguiris and Sashimis. All these preparations are taught in their original Japanese way, which is essential to make the variants you wish. Due to the methodology of the classes you will be able to taste the pieces while they are being prepared. In this way, participants will not only learn how to cook it but also how to taste it.

Lessons take 4 hours and are delivered from Monday to Friday at the MA Spanish School in reduced groups of up to 8 students. These group classes will be combined with individual lessons so that you can reinforce your weaknesses and we can answer your inquiries in a one on one meeting.
