The Soccer Clinic offered by Mente Argentina includes four elements we consider essential for a comprehensive football clinic.

1. Professional Training:
Mente Argentina offers you a personalized training program with sports experts, coaches, personal trainers, nutritionists and physical therapists. The training will cover a range of techniques and strategies, and has been designed to help you improve both your physical shape and technical skills. The program will cover (in regard to individual and collective techniques) the following variants focusing on those areas that you wish to personally improve:

Individual Techniques:
- Leading and kicking
- Passing and catching from different positions.
- Leading and kicking at the goal
- Headers with both parietals
- Tackles, removals, feints (different fixed moves will be practiced)
- Specific exercises according to the position you play
- Throw ins, corner kicks, free kicks, penalty kicks

Collective Techniques:
- Exercises in reduced spaces (8x4m - 5x2m - 4x2m)
- Air moves both in defense and attack
- Attack to last line defenders
- Balance between defense and attack lines
- Technical moves in reduced spaces
- Informal football

2. Football Tour:
Mente Argentina's football tours take you to attend the best games for local and international championships which will be held during your stay. These excursions will include transportation to and from the stadium and preferred seating so that you can focus on enjoying the game. A guide from Mente Argentina will also be with you to assist you anytime before, after and during the game.

3. Tours at different stadiums in Buenos Aires:
You will visit the most important Argentine football stadiums and while on the tours, you will have access to the stands, the field, the press room and the locker rooms! The program also includes a visit to the Boca Juniors Museum.

River Plate Stadium:
A guide specializing in Argentine football will provide a tour of the stadium where the 1978 World Cup took place. Currently, it is home to the Argentine National Team and River Plate. River Plate has won 32 local championships and gained international recognition after winning the Libertadores Cup of America twice, the Intercontinental Cup once and the Interamerican Cup once. River Plate (known most commonly as River) is currently the top team in the Argentine Football League.

Boca Juniors Stadium:
You will also have the opportunity to visit and tour the legendary Boca stadium known as La Bombonera. The home stadium of the Boca Juniors is often represented by Diego Maradona, once a player for Boca himself. The Boca Juniors have won 22 local league championships and internationally speaking, they have won the Libertadores Cup of America 5 times, the Intercontinental Cup 3 times, the South American Cup twice and the South American Recup 3 times. At this point in time, Boca Juniors has won more international cups than any other team in Argentina.

4. City Tour:
As part of the program, Mente Argentina offers additional immersion activities which will allow you to learn about Buenos Aires and Argentine culture.

Optional:

Do you want to learn or improve your Spanish?
Mente Argentina offers you the opportunity to combine your Soccer program with Spanish lessons. This way, you will be able to learn or improve your Spanish while enjoying a unique learning experience in Buenos Aires.

Lessons last four hours and are offered from Monday to Friday at the Mente Argentina Spanish School in small groups of up to eight students. These group classes will be combined with individual Spanish lessons so that you can work specifically on your weaknesses and your areas of interest.

The teachers at our Spanish School are highly qualified and have years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language. Our classes are very interactive, beneficial and above all enjoyable! The classes can be scheduled for the morning or the afternoon, so they will not conflict with your Soccer program activities.
