High School students interested to study in Argentina can definitely start with this program. Mente Argentina's High School program provides an exciting chance to experience a totally new culture, meet new friends, and travel and study abroad. You will be studying at an internationally recognized institution in Buenos Aires. It'll be a unique experience which will allow you to take classes and learn in a different way: through traveling and visiting Argentina.
Learning a new language and exploring a different culture are formative experiences that also contribute to personal development. Based on our former students' experiences, we can say with certainty that Mente Argentina's High School program facilitates the development of a more independent and confident attitude which is key at this important stage in your life. Students will be better equipped to choose a university and begin working toward their future career as well rounded global citizens due to their international education and travel experience.
This program lasts at least one month. Three month and six months programs are also available and it can be extended up to one year depending on the student's preferences.

Requirements to apply for the High School program:
* Must be between 17 and 19 years of age
* Must be a high school student or equivalent
* Provide two teacher recommendations (to be sent by e-mail or fax)
* Authorization of parents or guardian
* Commit to abiding by Mente Argentina's rules and maintaining acceptable conduct

High school education should prepare students for the next step in their education, University life. The high school experience is expected to foster certain abilities, values and attitudes in students so they can move forward with their education and personal development.
We know that choosing the right learning environment is essential for a student's success. Therefore, in connection with the most renowned bilingual high school in the country, Mente Argentina presents its High School Program.
The high school which works with Mente Argentina has been educating students for more than 50 years. They place a strong emphasis on ethical standards, and operate with the goal of providing students with the tools to become leaders and successful individuals in today's global society.
The school is located in the heart of Belgrano, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city of Buenos Aires. It offers a bilingual education program where 40% of the classes are taught in English. It is also well known for its competitive sports programs.
Classes are from Monday to Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm in classes of 30 students or less. If students struggle with command of either English or Spanish, Mente Argentina offers optional intensive language courses so that they can keep up with the material and pace of the classes.
The institution has extensive experience educating foreign students; it is one of the most popular schools for foreign families and children of diplomats. Their history with students from other countries, and students with different academic needs makes this school the ideal place for quick integration and a rich academic and personal experience.
Highlights
* Academic Credits:
Normally, those students who attend a semester in Argentina through Mente Argentina get between 12-18 academic credits, although the total credits will depend on the number of classes you wish to attend. At the end of the program, the student will receive a transcript directly from the university they attended.

Includes all tuition at the host university (No hidden fees). All classes are taught by faculty from the host university.

Mente Argentina Program Coordinators are available 24 hours a day to assist students with all aspects of their study abroad experience, even before you actually get here!
