  • Description

There is something for everyone in the range of student rooms on offer at Maynooth Campus.

For the budget conscious simple College Rooms on the south campus offer great value in an atmospheric environment. A choice of three different grades of en suite, also on the south campus, offers the chance to sample comfortable and charming rooms in an historic setting. On the north campus, three student villages provide rooms in apartment settings in a choice of standard and en suite.

Most of the south campus rooms are available throughout the academic year (except at Christmas). The north campus rooms are available only during the summer, from early June to mid-September.

    College Room

Traditional twin and single rooms located in splendid Neo-Gothic buildings. Rooms have splendid views over St Joseph's Square, the Bicentenary Garden and the extensive parkland walks at the rear of the College. Simply but tastefully appointed, each of these comfortable rooms has a wash-hand basin. Toilet and shower facilities are available along each section of corridor.

Originally built in the 1850s to house seminarians, the rooms in St Patrick's House were completely renovated at the beginning of the new millennium. Serviced by an elevator, it is open throughout the year, apart from intervals at Christmas and Easter. St Mary's House, which was refurbished in the early 1990s, nowadays accommodates seminarians during the academic year. It is available from early June to mid-August.

Free wireless Internet access is available in St Mary's House. Please ask at reception for a guest logon account. We regret that there is no internet access in St Patrick's House at present. Breakfast is served in the magnificent Pugin Hall.

All College Rooms are located at the heart of St Patrick's College. Guests are asked to have regard to the rights and privacy of resident staff and students for the priesthood and to respect the particular environment of the Seminary.
