Description

The house is in Sant Pere Pescador surrounded by fields trees, at the beginning of the natural reserve “Parc de Mig de Dos Rius”, where there is a great diversity of fauna and next to the Fluvià river.

The house was constructed in century XIX and actually is completely restored and furnished with care. It has five rooms with bath, heating, television and air conditioning. Two of the rooms have terrace. The dining room is very sunny with views to the garden; the living room has chimney, television, music equipment and board games. In the lounge of the floor you will be able to relax reading or simply enjoying the nature when contemplating our extensive garden. Also we have swimming pool and children's swimming pool.

Location

The house is located in the region of the Alt Empordà, in the village of Sant Pere Pescador, in the Baix Fluvià. The village is about 300 m away and it is possible to go there taking a walk. Approximately in one kilometer we have the mouth of the Fluvià river of great ecological value and the beach that has a fine extension of 6 km of dunes of sand. It is one of the few beaches that are kept virgin in the Costa Brava.

The path in front of the house is GR-92 Sender del Mediterrani that goes from Portbou to Ulldecona.
