This is an international organization with the mission to alleviate poverty through the development of microfinance, therefore increasing the unbanked and underbanked's access to financial services. Based in

Paris, the organizations international network holds activities in close to 80 countries.One of the objectives of the Cape Town branch is to enable inclusive finance players to scale up and improve their sustainability. The organization provides technical assistance and advisory services to a variety of actors in the microfinance sector.

As an intern working with this organization in Cape Town your tasks will be varied and numerous and will include the following:

-Organizing and supervising expert's missions;

-Managing logistics directly in contact with each project manager;

-To ensure relationship with suppliers/providers and follow the reception of invoices

-Prepare request for payments which will be submitted to the Executive Director;

-To update the administrative process of the office

-Assist with organizing diverse conferences with the project officer of their office, and assist the development officer if needed.

This will be a challenging position that will allow you to apply and learn a variety of new skills and knowledge in an international environment working with a dynamic team.

-A background in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
