The interns duties would include the following:

- Organize and run Kaizan events
- Use Value Stream Mapping to create flow of product through the factory
- Facilitate continuous improvement team meetings
- Create a structure to sustain improvements

Qualifications

The intern should have good English communication skills as they will also be dealing with factory staff. A study background in Industrial Engineering or Production Management would be ideal but other Engineering disciplines would be considered. This internship will provide you with excellent skills and training and give you the opportunity to apply your existing knowledge in a challenging environment.
