Description

The project is a voluntary association and a registered non-profit organisation as well as a public benefit organisation established in August 2005. The reason for our establishment and existence was to create a much needed support system for the local social worker and a place of safety for children:

* Abandoned in dustbins to die
* Violently abused
* Raped
* Hungry and neglected due to poverty
* Infected with HIV and AIDS
* Born bearing the effects of excessive drug and alcohol abuse during pregnancy

However, as the project developed more needs in the community were identified and the organisation has realigned itself to provide a broader service with the focus remaining on children.

Offering a range of attractions, breathtaking sights and endless activities, it is a year-round holiday destination with friendly people, a mild climate and rich cultural heritage.

Activities:

* Daily care taking of the children
* Preparing meals and formula feeds
* Cleaning and sterilising the bottles used during the day
* Feeding babies and toddlers
* Giving medication; evaluating and recording of babies and toddlers according to their milestones
* Changing nappies and bathing babies.
* Stimulating babies and toddlers
* Much more besides the above.

* Disabled and underprivileged Adults & Child Home
* Homeless Township Children
* Kite Surfing Outreach Project

Qualifications

Heart for babies and young children. No experience is necessary. If you have no experience you will be instructed by trained professional on how to kite surf. This is all included in the price. The love for the sun, the sea and sports.
