I loved my experience. New Zealand is the most beautiful place in the world. The school was great. Very responsive to emails and was always there to help me. The bedding for exchange students was great, they let us come early, and they picked us up from the airport making transition super easy. I would recomend that you go and see all of both islands because you will be amazed at how beautiful it really is

I've taken online courses from UC Davis and enrolled in classes at NCSU. By far, the UC Davis and NCSU courses were more applicable to growing grapes and making wine. Nevertheless, the practical experience of making the wine at their little lab made this study abroad worthwhile. If you want to learn a lot, how to problem solve, and make great wine, take classes in the US. If you want to write papers or do a mini micro-vintage, supplement it with Lincoln Uni.
