Great time learning Russian at Liden&Denz SPb
Submitted by Sagar - Singapore | December 02, 2016
Liden&Denz provides a great platform to learn and improve Russian language. The course is very well structured and includes all the aspects (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
The staff and teachers are very supportive and do their best to ensure each student can achieve his/ her goals. At the same time at Liden&Denz provided me an opportunity to meet some great people from different parts of the world and very different academic and professional backgrounds.
Also SPb is a great city to live in and overall I had a great experience. I would highly recommend Liden&Denz to anyone looking to improve his Russian language proficiency.

Blogger at Liden & Denz Moscow
Submitted by Elles-belles - - | October 30, 2016
Blogging at Liden & Denz requires a lot of imagination and discipline as you work kind of freelance but have deadlines and many articles to write. But this pushes you to think outside of the box and be creative with your ideas. I have enjoyed using this opportunity to explore my writing style and abilities. The Moscow school is more centred around the language classes (that are complimentary to all on the blogging team) and therefore there is no space really to work there, nor is there much of a team spirit amongst the blogging team, but everyone supports one another and it is very relaxed to have the opportunity to work from home or from wherever is more comfortable (which is especially good when writing the blog involves using a laptop and camera equipment etc). Extra tasks I take on include translation and writing snippets for advertising and I really enjoy this as it pushes me to use other skills. The hardest bit for sure is coming up with new ideas for the blog (and a lot of them too) but then I was surprised how actually they do come up somehow! It is a great opportunity to explore the city you live in but also to receive free Russian language classes and spend a slightly longer time in Russia.
Exploring SEO in Moscow
Submitted by Maja - - | October 26, 2016
As a Web marketing/SEO Assistant, I was introduced to the core components of On-Page SEO by working on L&D Blog and installing keywords, meta descriptions, meta tags, and title tags. For anyone who is beginning to learn about SEO components, this is a great way to build up from the basics. In addition, this internship is an opportunity to learn more about interpreting analytics on different social media channels and create a strategy for further actions. I was working with great mentors who answered all of my questions and at the same time gave me an opportunity and freedom to share my own ideas. I was given feedback, and a chance to learn from my mistakes. Working in L&D Moscow office helped me learn about SEO and Web marketing as well as practice my Russian language skills. I liked that all of my questions were welcomed and that I was given tasks on regular basis.
This internship is a great way to combine learning Russian with learning Web marketing and SEO.
My experiences as "Social Media Assistant" in Saint Petersburg
Submitted by Daniela Danzinger - University of Applied Sciences Eisenstadt | October 26, 2016
Привет everyone. My name is Daniela, I’m 22 years old and I am from Vienna/Austria. Here I want to share my personal experiences with you about my internship as "Social Media Content Assistant" at Liden & Denz in Saint Petersburg.
I am studying “International Business Relations”, specializing in Marketing and in the course of our studies, we have the opportunity to do an internship abroad in the 5th semester and I’ve chosen Russia. On the first working day, I got introduced to all colleagues in the company. They are all very nice and you can always ask them if any questions emerge.
Our main duty every day was to write a blog about an insider tip regarding Saint Petersburg or Russia in general. Perhaps an article about some nice facts about the Russian language, culture or the Russian superstitions. In every blog we had to integrate an image that we maybe took by our own; it just shouldn't be copyright one.
We had a schedule about our tasks which intern has to do what on which day. For example, every Thursday I had to write a blog in German or every Tuesday I had my "Social Media Marketing" day. On that day I didn't had to write a blog. My function was to keep the social media sites, such as facebook, instagram and YouTube up to date. That was a pleasant contrast to the remaining days where we wrote an article in English or German.
What I liked best, was that we could work alone in an own, modern classroom. Nobody was watching us all the time and we could choose any topic we thought it would be interesting to write about - that was great! We could implement our own experiences in the articles and when we were done, we could go home.
On the whole I can say that I'm really happy to spend my internship here in the beautiful so-called "Venice of the North" for 3 months. I still have 1 month left and I'm sure that I will keep this time in my mind positively. Therefore, I strongly recommend an internship at Liden & Denz if you have the opportunity to do it.
Furthermore, the coffee in the lobby downstairs was a great plus in the ground floor.
Working as an intern in Saint Petersburg - Blogger/Editorial Assistant at Liden & Denz

Before I came to Saint Petersburg, I was really looking forward to my internship at Liden & Denz. To be honest, I also was very excited because I didn't know what exactly expects me there. But already after a few days, I was really happy! Saint Petersburg is such a nice and beautiful city and Liden & Denz Language Center is simply a great workplace! Writing blogs and doing Social Media Marketing was like a dream job to me, I really enjoyed it and it was a great pleasure for me to do this as an intern. I just loved the fact, that we could write our blogs about awesome places, sights, restaurants or bars in Saint Petersburg we have visited during our stay. In addition, uploading photos to each blog was also our duty and due to my passion for taking photos, I had a lot of fun while working!
Furthermore, improving my Russian language skills played also a very important role of my stay. Liden & Denz offered me a free language course and I very appreciated that! So I had the chance to learn Russian with professional teachers and gain work experience at the same time - this is simply priceless! I would really recommend such an internship to everyone, I'm sure this time has enriched my life with valuable experiences.
