Description

Les Roses d'Ares Bed & Breakfast is situated 50 meters from the sandy beach and the bay of Arcachon. It is also near preserved nature sites that are ideal for enjoyable walks and bicycle rides. Guest rooms are in an independent house, granting guests complete privacy.

The guest house is situated on 11 rue du Garguehos. It is an independent house, which means the hosts live in a different house (at nearby 9 rue du Garguehos) on the same plot.

Les Roses d'Ares B&B is a surelevated ancient house (A.D. 1877), regularly remodeled up to its present state with new isolation, decoration, beddings and bathrooms, facing Southeast/Northwest. The guests have free access to the garden, the slightly salted swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m, 1.2 to 2.1 m depth), the large dining room and the veranda.

A paved deck runs along the northwest side of the house, overlooking the garden and the pool. Breakfast and drinks can be served, depending on the weather, by the pool, in the garden, on the deck, or in the dining room.

Location

From the airport:
Follow the direction of Aeroport Bordeaux-Merignac or Lege Cap-Ferret/Andernos, and not Bassin D'Arcachon. Go to the Place of the Church in Ares, and then follow the direction of Andernos. Turn right at the fifth street (rue du Garguehos), at the corner of hotel Le Grain de Sable, and then cross the rue du 14 Juillet and continue straight up to the large house on the right (around 50 meters from the beach).
