Les Hautes Terres or the Highlands are the steep backbone of the island of Madagascar, extending from the northern part of the Imerina region, down to the southern part of Fianarantsoa in the Betsileo region.

Antananarivo or the City of the Thousands is the capital city of Madagascar, settled on the center of the highlands at an altitude of 1245 meters.

Many districts of this old hilly city have kept their past charm with traditional red brick houses, shady paths, stone paved narrow streets on the hilltops, countless nooks, evocating an old provincial agglomeration more than a modern metropolis.

Our establishment, "Les Hautes Terres Hôtel" , is located on the international Airport Road, in a residential area, quiet, verdant and woody, besides the edge of ricefields, with a panorama of the Ambohibao lake. To put it in a nutshell , in an ecological environment, not far from downtown.
