Description

The classes of León Spanish School of Nicaragua consists on an integral plan of Spanish learning that embraces all the aspects of the Castilian language (Spanish) such as vocabulary, conversation, reading, exercises with prepared material for the same professors that impart the classes.

The calendar of classes is developed in the following way: 4 hours of morning classes beginning at 8 in the morning, a rest of 20 minutes at 10 in the morning to conclude to the 12:00 M of the half-day.

After all this, go to rest and/or go to study carefully in their lodging with one of our chosen lodging families to collaborate with the project of LSSN, under the previously established parameters for a good service of home stay. Private rooms with bathroom included under very good hygienic conditions and eat typical food 3 times a day in the company of a Nicaraguan family. All these included in the price of the plan of one week.

Cultural Immersion versus Traditional Tourism

LSSN provides students the opportunity to perfect their Spanish by fully immersing students within the culture of Nicaragua. This is a very different experience from that of the traditional tourist who experiences a country more from the perspective of a spectator rather than active participant. In this relationship, LSSN offers an invaluable social atmosphere to fully immerse yourself in the life of Leon city and challenges you to abandon some of your own cultural beliefs and experience the world from the point of view of Nicaraguans.
