    The program offers the volunteer:

    - The chance to teach English and get paid in a corporate environment, while you live and experience the culture of Ecuador.
    - Companies are varied, depending on the need they have for teachers. Participants will be working about 20h per week, and will be teaching English for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels
    - This experience provides a direct contact with local professionals and helps the participant to learn and live the country's culture. Moreover the constant contact with native Spanish speakers helps the participant to truly learn the Spanish language.
    - This international working experience enhances the ability of young people to think globally. This is an invaluable skill in the modern world. In addition, this international experience could open many doors for future academic or professional goals.
    - The exposure to another culture leads to open minds and to understanding cultural differences, which is an invaluable skill for future leaders.

    Why use a Placement Service?
We have a solid and trustful group of partners that will guarantee serious placements. There is so much information out there that trusting any unknown organization can be risky. We have several years of experience doing this. It is a soft landing experience in a new country instead of a stressful one.

Host Institutions: Every institution selected by LEAD Adventures is carefully screened in order to provide a challenging experience for our participants.

Our staff visits the institutions and defines with the institution's representatives the roles and assignments to be carried out by our participants.

Locations: We are currently offering placements in Quito.

    * Enjoy exploring Quito, the capital city of Ecuador. This beautiful city will take you back through 500 years of history, cultural sites and places you will never forget. Quito has colonial churches, structures and historical sites hundred of years old such as La Iglesia de San Francisco, La Plaza de la Independencia, the mighty Basilica and more.

You must also straddle the line dividing the north and south hemispheres, with one foot in each. It was built during the XVII century when a French Expedition defined the precise location of the equatorial line. The Ethnographic Museum can be also be visited here.
