Latin America For Less, LLC, a US-incorporated company based in Lima, Peru, is looking for a Marketing Manager to work in our Lima office. We are looking for young professionals eager to develop within the tourism industry. Latin America For Less is the leading inbound travel agency for travelers from English-speaking countries, and we have the best testimonials in the industry. To maintain our high quality of standards, we require an ambitious, detailed-oriented individual who is passionate about travel.

Job Responsibilities

* Weekly shift: 48 hours, M-F.
* You are the marketing champion within the company - in a broad sense that means you lead and manage all marketing and client acquisition activities for the company.
* Owner of the marketing strategy, including marketing plan development, team development, project implementation, analysis and results reporting, and more.
* Create and develop new marketing opportunities and strategies.
* Project management skills
* Customer advocacy, branding, customer behavior focus.
* Business Development activities, starting from building an outreach plan.
* Work with General Manager to manage and maximize the Marketing budget.

Qualifications

Applicant Requirements:

* We are searching for a first-class professional with an advanced understanding of online marketing techniques such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and "Pay Per Click" advertisements (PPC).
* A Bachelor or Masters degree in either Business or Computer Science focusing on online marketing is preferred, but it is not mandatory. We will consider any applicant with a degree from a reputable English spoken university.
* Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics and SEO tools.
* Fluent communication skills in written and verbal English.
* Applicants should have strong work ethics, leadership skills and self-motivation.
* Travel experience in Peru or elsewhere is preferred, but it is not mandatory.
* Minimum 1 year commitment - ideal candidate will grow with role past 1 year.
