Learn Italian in Tropea in Calabria, enjoy a truely Italian immersion language holiday, in an authentic Italian village in Southern Italy.

This Maritime region is a long peninsula with 800-km of coastline, sandy beaches, coves and mountainous terrain. Its ancient history dates back to the very roots of Mediterranean and European civilizations and is a land of traditions. Many aspects of daily life are based around this village's roots as a fishing community.

This Italian Language School is located in the center of Tropea in a charming Villa (Villa dei Gelsomini) which was built in late eighteenth century. The school is surrounded by old palaces, churches, cafes & shops.

Highlights

You have the following course options:
* 4 lessons daily: (20 lessons per week)
* 5 lessons daily: (26 lessons per week group)
* Group lessons: (6 private lessons weekly)

- We accept all language levels / ages 16+
- Unlimited course length
- A "lesson" usually lasts approx. 55 minutes
- Course runs Monday through Friday (mornings)
- Placement test & orientation on first day of course
- Maximum 6 students per group class
- Low season - less than 2 students in class course will be halved

Lodging option:

* Studio Apartments:
- Private or "couples" rooms (inquire for couples pricing)
- Self catering - NO meals included
- Living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom
- Apartments have TV and veranda or balcony
- Includes change of bed linen and bath towel every week
- Located 10 minutes walk to school and beach

After class and weekend activities:
Enjoy social and cultural outings during the week with other students. Enjoy the local beaches, afternoon boat trips around the Eolie Islands, mountain biking, diving or just walking around the streets of Tropea.
