Experience living and learning German in a Bavarian medieval castle in the heart of Munich.

Located in the south of the city about 10km from the center, on the banks of the River Isar, this summer program offers a unique experience to discover Munich.

Munich (Munchen) is the capital city of Bavaria (Bayern) and the third largest city in Germany, after Berlin and Hamburg. Modern Munich is a financial and publishing hub and is known as a very livable city (In 2010, Monocle ranked Munich as the worlds most livable city.

Munich lies on the elevated plains of Upper Bavaria, about 50km north of the northern edge of the Alps, at an altitude of about 520 m.

A unique experience living & studying in a medieval castle (Burg Schwaneck) in the heart of Munich on the banks of the River Isar.

Highlights

* 4 group lessons daily: 20 lessons per week

- We accept all levels
- A lessons usually lasts 45 minutes
- Course runs Monday through Friday starting at 9am
- Course materials are included
- You will take a placement test on the first Monday
- Maximum 12 students per group class

Lodging options:

* Residence:
- Residence within castle
- 10 Rooms for 50 - 70 students
- Shared dorm rooms (4-5 teens) with shower
- Toilets are on each floor
- Includes 3 meals daily
- Classes take place in the residence

After class activities:
Enjoy a schedule of social and cultural activities during the week with other students and weekend excursions.
