Located in the green and safe neighborhood of Vallecito, on the side of the river and in front of beautiful gardens, it is a refuge of calmness only 5 minutes away from Plaza de Armas and the main sites of touristic interest. You’ll be delighted by the charm of the place and the wonderful view from your balcony. Anita and her family are running the hotel, looking after every detail to ensure that you’ll enjoy your stay in Arequipa.

Location
La Casa de Tintin is located in Vallecito, a residential quarter with many green areas, on the side of the Chili river and under the Iron Bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel. The centre of the city is only 3 minutes away by taxi (0.7 USD) and 15 minutes walking. We are also 3 minutes away from the bus station and 15 away from the airport (in taxi). We can pick you up at the airport for 15 Soles and at the bus station for 6 Soles (price per number of taxis needed). If you prefer to arrive on your own, the best known reference for the taxi driver is the Iron Bridge (Puente de Fierro).
