  • Description

We require our Interns in Hawaii to work 25 hours per week (weeding, planting, watering, painting, domestic duties, and cleaning). The work is hard, but very rewarding. Because we are a cancer retreat center (that provides retreats for those just diagnosed with cancer, cancer aftercare and cancer survivors, and those wanting personal qigong training) we ask that interns be respectful of those going through our residential healing programs.

We ask the Interns in Hawaii to come to our farm and center with an open heart to the possibilities that the Universe offers to all of us for self betterment.

Kokolulu is an organic farming that uses Master Cho's Korean Natural Farming methods. The work is hard but very rewarding.

We provide breakfast Monday-Friday, the rest of the meals you cook (some food is available from the farm's gardens) in our intern kitchen in the Bula (Fijiian for life).

Previous Interns in Hawaii have said that their experience at KoKoLuLu Farm and Cancer Retreats Center was very positive and life changing!

We hope that you will join us on this healing journey for yourself and KoKoLuLu!

  • Highlights

KoKoLuLu Farm and Cancer Retreats Center is located in Hawi on the Nothern tip of the Island of Hawaii.

The spectacular North Kohala coast location, where trade winds deliver some of the cleanest air in the world, is an area that is rich in sacred sites and cultural heritage that lead to healing the soul and offer magnificent hiking and bicycling opportunities. The near-by old Hawaiian villages of Hawi and Kapaau are within walking distance.

The Dragon Water Gardens or the Chinese Temple offer an ideal setting for stress reduction and contemplation for improved self-awareness and self-care. Each morning we practice the healing exercises of meditation and qigong. Many spectacular beaches for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling, are located just 15-30 minutes away. We practice Korean Natural Farming techniques. Lew was trained by Master Cho, the originator of Koran Natural farming.
