Hotels are generally offering:
GBP 14000 per year approx for Chef de Partie
GBP 17/GBP 20000 per year approx for Sous Chef (2nd in command)
GBP 20/GBP 25000 per year approx for Head Chef

Accommodation :

These positions would normally be live-in. Means room will be arranged for by the hotel and applicants will pay a minimum amount for this.

Associated diplomas and 3 yrs of previous experience as

* Sous chef
* Head Chef
