UAE Marketing Manager

For this position, someone with lighting product experience, durable consumer goods, or home appliances experience is a must. The office will be in Dubai, UAE, but will be in charge of the whole Middle East brand marketing and sales channel development.

Now we're looking for a marketing manager, who will be in charge of our brand marketing and channel building in most Middle East countries.

Responsibilities:
1. Study and investigate local potential user & buyer requirements, buying habits and purchasing model
2. market investigation and competitive intelligence: collect local country's project, client resources, competitive product, industry development, etc
3. Manage local agent's sales & marketing team, to make sure rational division of labor, cooperation and marketing training
4. To develop local agents network, and policy making
5. Sales and marketing methods appraisal and optimization
6. Marketing budget making, and cost control

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in BA or foreign trade, or related
2. Working experience 5 years or more, at least 3 years marketing section experience in lighting product experience, durable consumer goods, or home appliances experience is a must, it's a must
3. Skilled in client development, good command of negotiation, persuasiveness, with good affinity
4. Good command of Arabic and English, listening, spoken and writing
5. Customer service oriented, patient and responsible, self starter with initiative
Office will be in UAE.
