Japanese Language Course in Sapporo, Hokkaido
Health and Safety
Didn't learn much

The curriculum is very dry, primarily using minna no nihongo, that I assume most other schools also use. The problem is for 80% of the class time, it is just the teacher speaking. Very little chance for students to speak, or have their Japanese corrected. The teacher just lectures for most of the 3 hours each day. Class sizes are also ridiculously large. Sometimes over 20 students. There is no way you can learn a language effectively in this environment.
That being said, most of the teachers are nice, the mix of students is very broad, and Sapporo is a great city.
