The aim of the Master in Fashion Marketing and Communication is to train future professionals who know how to identify, evaluate and select market opportunities, establishing optimum strategies in the area of brand communication and imaging. The Marketing and Communication professional is the strategic figure that identifies future market and socio-cultural trends.
The increasing complexity of the fashion sector needs to professionalise its management by developing creative and efficient marketing and communication plans.
The Master is aimed at Designers, graduates in Fashion & Textile, Advertising, Communication Studies, Marketing and other related areas. It is also open to professionals who have over two years experience in the fashion industry and who want to acquire the necessary skills to effectively hold their own in an ever-changing and increasingly competitive sector.
The Master will cover the most modern methodologies in the fashion industry and the elements necessary to enable the future professional to elaborate marketing and communication plans in an area of constant and competitive innovation. Different topics are studied in depth, from social trends and fashion marketing to market demands, as well as press office and public relations planning and event organising.

The Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) is a design school that attracts students from over 90 different countries to its one and three year/four undergraduate, masters courses and advanced training. The school was born in 1966 to the intuition of its President Francesco Morelli. Through time, it has become a 100% Made in Italy international network of excellence, operating in the fields of training and research, in the disciplines of Design, Fashion, Visual Communication and Management. The school is spread around twelve cities: (Milan, Turin, Venice,Cagliari, Florence, Rome, Barcelona, Madrid, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Beijing and Shanghai). Every year more than 1800 foreign students enroll in its courses, mainly coming from Europe, Central and South America and East Asia. The school offers more than 500 courses in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
