YMCA Go Global is a voluntary service and capacity-building program that places young Americans at YMCAs and community organizations around the world. Go Global volunteers fully immerse themselves in the culture of their host countries and assist in developing programs that build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
Different locations have different job descriptions. A few of the kind of volunteering jobs but not restricted to are:

* Social Causes teaching
* Marketing Intern
The YMCA Go Global program helps you grow mentally. It places you in a position where you can exercise your abilities in helping the less privilege.
It is an eye opening personal experience to the things that are going on outside of our space and in the outer world.
You need to be a US citizen or legal resident who resides in the US. You also need to be above the age of 18. As a go global participant you have to be aware of the challenges that you are going to face and be able to handle them.
USD 900 and above
The program fee is USD 900 which covers 2 meals a day and accommodation for duration of stay and also insurance of the first 4 weeks, after that insurance is USD 20 per week

The YMCA is an international voluntary service and community development organization dedicated to serving youth and families. There are YMCAs and affiliated organizations in 135 countries, with more than 2500 YMCA branches throughout the United States alone. The International YMCA is based in New York City and provides education and service programs for youth and adults. YMCA Go Global is a volunteer exchange program for adults (18+) to volunteer at overseas Ys and other nonprofit organizations and contribute to community development.
