Description

The Medical Internship Program is ideal for all levels of Medical, Pre-medical, Public Health, Nursing Students, Residents, Naturopathy and Osteopathy students. Our internships focus on most areas of health care including, Infectious Disease, Aids/HIV, Rural Health, Traditional Medicine, Tropical Medicine, Leprosy, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Surgery, Dentistry and Family Practice. Placements will be in Mumbai and outlying areas; locations may vary.

Qualifications

- This Program is Open to All Levels of Medical, Pre-medical, Public Health, Nursing Students, Residents, Naturopathy and Osteopathy Students
- At Least 20 Years of Age
- Relevant Academic Background and/or Work Experience in Desired Field

Note: If undertaking this program for academic credit, additional eligibility requirements apply: (Enrollment in a U.S. or Canadian University; Minimum 2.8 GPA; Completion of 30 undergraduate credit hours, 60 preferred).

They will guide you through the simple online application, send you a pre-departure packet and advise you on visa regulations as we search for your customized placement abroad. Most fields can be accommodated and many programs don't require a foreign language. Our onsite coordinators secure your housing and provide you with an orientation once you arrive - available for you throughout your stay. Soon, you will be working alongside international counterparts while you travel on weekends to explore other destinations!
