There will be an orientation during the first week so volunteers may choose a class most suitable for them. Once a class is chosen, volunteers will observe Ghanaian teachers for one week before they begin teaching themselves. Mathematics and English Language are the two most popular subjects.
* Pre-schools
Volunteers will teach children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old songs and other basic subjects.
* Primary Schools
Volunteers will teach children in grades 1-3. Most of the children cannot speak English and are always excited to see volunteers; therefore patience is required as the children may have difficulty settling down.

- Assist the pre-school attendants
- Work at the pre-school to teach them songs and music
- Assist with extra curricular activities
A peaceful and welcoming country with a stable democratic political environment, Ghana satisfies one's appetite for both modern and traditional life. Its wide valleys, low-lying coastal plains, and thick rainforests resound with the beat of traditional rituals, while her cities glow and vibrate with all the bustle of the modern world.
Ghanaians are the friendliest people in West Africa: warm, proud yet humble with a contagious and calming sense of humor. Just by observing life in Ghana, you will learn a great deal. If you make an effort to get closer to Ghanaians, they can teach you so many things. Take any opportunity that comes your way to see the real Ghana and learn the most about the people and the country.
