    * UL Lafayette's main campus consists of 137 acres; the Athletic complex and Cajundome sit on 243 acres; the new Research Park is on 148 acres; and the Center of Ecology and Environmental Technology has 51 acres.
    * The university has a 600-acre farm laboratory, with a 30-acre pond for crawfish and catfish culture in Cade, Louisiana.
    * It has a 48-acre New Iberia Research Center in New Iberia, Louisiana.
    * UL Lafayette maintains more than 200 campus buildings.

  • Intensive English Program - UL Lafayette's Mission Statement

    We are a small American English language and culture program located in Lafayette, Louisiana. The goal of the Intensive English Program (IEP) is to improve the English language and cultural skills of non-native English speakers and offer the preparation needed to meet the basic requirements for most universities. We have five 8-week sessions per year.
