This refugee is a shelter for animals who were confiscated by the National Police.
Once they have been rescued, bring them back to nature was by far the best option, but sometimes that was not possible due to the risks implied like health issues, becoming dependent on humans, limiting their chances to survive.
Its for this reason that the shelter started. Nowadays we find near to 200 animals among wild and domestic such as birds, llamas, turtles, monkeys, goats, eagles, opossum, etc.
The activities that the participants will do are improving the environments of the animals, prepare food, milk goats, vaccination of animals, cleaning the enclosures, help the vets, among others.
Participating through this program will have the chance to improve animal's quality of life.
