Description

Eurointerns works on behalf of independent Spanish and international students to organize low-cost, unpaid posts for gaining practical language and work experience in Spanish in firms and non-governmental organizations. It is operated by a team of Spanish university professors aware that second language acquisition and work experience will give their students an edge on the job market. We make it easy to do: financially and bureaucratically. Because of our experience in the Spanish business community we guarantee you a placement which no other company can match. If we do not have a company or NGO in your interest area we will hand-place you by approaching new hosts. By fractioning the program into its parts and offering them separately, we also guarantee minimum costs and total transparency. We can organize it all for you from start to finish or you can choose which services you need us to provide, with exclusion of the others and the cost which they entail. We will make it happen for you whichever way you want. The internship is our basic service while others are language classes, accommodation, airport pickup and insurance.

* An internship is an unpaid job in the area of your choice. However, once in a while there are some added benefits which the company offers like transport help, meals, etc.
* The length of the internship is normally from 2 to 3 months but longer stays can be arranged at no extra cost. We do not charge for extensions.
* You will work part time. If longer hours are required Eurointerns will negotiate a small scholarship to help you with your expenses.
* You will work in contact with industry professionals in your area of interest.
* Most companies are located centrally or close to public transport.
* It is your first step in getting some practical experience.

Qualifications

* Students will need to have an acceptable host-country language level to be able to apply. A general guide is "high intermediate".
* Low level speakers may also apply with inclusion of 2 to 4 weeks of language classes according to their ability.
* The program is designed for independent and mature candidates who work independently. There is an 18 years of age minimum. 24 is the average age. There is no strict age limit.
* You should be a university student or someone in the impasse between graduation and further courses of study/work.
* Either professional or academic experience in your field of choice is required.

According to our policy for total transparency all Eurointerns services are individually adaptable and you only pay for what you need. Our basic internship fee is 1500 euros. Other possible costs to be applied: Spanish classes, insurance, airport pick-up, etc.
