For those interested in living a culinary experience to the full, you are just in time to sign up for one of our non-competitive professional internships in Culinary Arts where you'll gain insight and foreign language experience in Spanish while interning in a tapas bar, hotel or restaurant.

Why Spain? Because Spain has the largest number of tapa bars per capita anywhere, offering an amazing range of food. All are fresh products and there's something for everybody whether it be meat, seafood, vegetables, olives, cheese, etc. You name it, somebody is sure to have used it in a tapa. You will explore all the best places to eat. You'll experience a fascinating new culture, Mediterrenean as well as specifically Spanish, while developing the key language skills that you will need to further your education and career possibilities. It is more than likely that you will also have the time of your life! Spain is a mixture of tradition and creativity in cooking and it is the best kept international secret for culinary arts.

Our programs are suitable for both college students and post-graduates. 'Eurointerns' refers to the location of the posts, not the origin of the candidates. In 2010 alone we hosted students from 24 different countries!

Qualifications

* We are a fee-based, non-competitive program.
* Students will need to have an acceptable host-country language level to be able to apply. A general guide is "high intermediate".
* Low level speakers may also apply with inclusion of 2 to 4 weeks of language classes according to their ability.
* The program is designed for independent and mature candidates who work independently. There is an 18 years of age minimum. 24 is the average age. There is no strict age limit.
* You should be a university student or someone in the impasse between graduation and further courses of study/work.
* Either professional or academic experience in your field of choice is required.
* Insurance is required.

According to our policy for total transparency all Eurointerns services are individually adaptable and you only pay for what you need. Our basic internship fee is 1500 euros. Other possible costs to be applied: Spanish classes, insurance, airport pick-up, etc.
