    Work with our Language, Culture and Communication Team helping to bridge the cultural and linguistic gap between the Philippines and the UK. We are looking for British English speakers who are passionate about effective and clear communication (written and spoken), dedicated to high quality customer service, and are able to communicate effectively the nuances of British English and UK life and culture, to our Filipino colleagues, in a lively and informative way.

    Job description includes:

    - Operate as a member of a language, culture and communication team for a leading UK dairy retailer.
    - Monitor and support live customer interactions, providing feedback on the communication process of calls.
    - Monitor and support email interactions, providing feedback and observations on effective written communication.
    - Conduct training programmes on UK language and culture.
    - Recruitment profiling and assessment
    - Client engagement (face to face and conference calls).
    - Cross functional coordination.
    - Data capture and reporting through accurate and timely documentation.

  • Qualifications

    - Minimum educational qualification is successfully completed A levels, or equivalent.
    - Native English speakers, able to communicate effectively.
    - TEFL teaching/linguistic background desirable.
    - Experience working in the Philippines desirable.
    - Experience in public-speaking/debates etc.
    - Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
    - Adaptability to a dynamic business environment.
    - Able to function as part of a team as well as independently.
    - Well organised and strong leadership qualities.
    - Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
    - A mature and pro-active approach.
