Gain international work experience and broaden your world view...improve your language skills and experience Peruvian culture as an insider...build a network of international friends and share the benefits of your expertise! Our program is open to anybody--professionals, non-professionals, retirees, students, and recent graduates. We find that people volunteer for a number of reasons: the opportunity to meet new people, the opportunity to develop new skills, to increase confidence and self esteem, to thrive on a new challenge, or to find openings to new job networks. Volunteer work experience also looks good on a work application. We at Incas del Peru have developed this program for you for the above reasons. Our main inspiration however, has been our deep commitment to improving the quality of life in our community. We have designed our programs in such a way that the community benefits from your work and you also enjoy an interesting, valuable experience.
