Description

Duties:
- Preparation for review visits including contact with hotels, tour operators, partners and booking of flights
- Reviews of hotels (collecting information & documents and taking pictures/videos)
- Follow up of information collected (uploading information, documents and pictures on our website)
- Quality Assurance of reviews
- Research
- Support to Sales & Marketing department
- General office duties

Qualifications

The selected candidate should:
- Be fluent in English & German and preferably good knowledge in French (conversation level)
- Preferably have experience in tourism
- Be well spoken, outgoing & like to meet people
- Be well organised, meticulous and reliable
- Be able to work on her own initiative & in a team
- Be computer literate
- Be willing to travel
- Be able to stay for a minimum of 6 months, starting August 2012
