  • Description

Since 1950, IES has been building quality study abroad programs and introducing U.S. students to new places, studies, and ways of thinking. A non-profit educational organization, IES offers high academic standards and extensive financial aid in almost 30 programs throughout the world.

Paris delights and inspires newcomers with the paintings in the Louvre, the grands boulevards, and a skyline marked by the Eiffel Tower and the Gothic spires of Notre Dame. The Parisians are also very proud of their rich cultural life, with more than 300 theaters, 400 cinemas, and many concert halls.

The IES Abroad Paris French Studies program offers internship opportunities, enrollment in IES Abroad courses and courses at several partner universities, housing in homestays with local families, and field trips. The program provides you with opportunities to gain a meaningful cultural experience and a deeper knowledge of what it means to be a citizen of the world.

The French Studies Program partners with Universitie de Paris-Sorbonne, Institut Catholique de Paris, Universitie de Paris VIII, Academie de la Croix Nivert, Ecole Speciale d'Architecture, Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris
