IES Abroads Barcelona Liberal Arts & Business Program offers enrollment in IES Abroad courses and courses in both English and Spanish at Barcelona partner universities, housing in homestays with local families as well as in student residence halls and apartments, a wide array of internships, and field trips; you will have the opportunity to meet Spanish and international students alike. Starting at the IES Abroad Center in the center of Barcelona near the Plaza Catalunya, this program will help you to gain a meaningful cultural experience and a deeper knowledge of what it means to be a citizen of the world.

IES partners with four different universities; Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Universitat Ramon Llull, Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, and Universitat de Barcelona.
