Since 1950, IES has been building quality study abroad programs and introducing U.S. students to new places, studies, and ways of thinking. A non-profit educational organization, IES offers high academic standards and extensive financial aid in almost 30 programs throughout the world.
IES Auckland offers students direct enrollment at the University of Auckland. The University is one of the top institutions in the South Pacific and a member of the prestigious Universitas 21, a global educational consortium of universities engaged in research, academic exchange, and quality benchmarking. The IES Auckland program is designed to facilitate cultural exploration and discovery of the unique characteristics of New Zealand by providing an integrated program of formal academic teaching and informal field study.
As an IES Abroad Auckland student, you will directly enroll in courses at the University of Auckland. Whatever your academic interest, you are likely to find an exciting and challenging enrollment option at the University and will enjoy the opportunity of studying alongside your Kiwi peers.
In addition to course offerings across the disciplines, the University offers students many opportunities for field study beyond the classroom.
