The IES Abroad Dublin Theater Performance program gives you an intensive, practical approach to performance.

Over the course of the summer, you will come to know Dublin's winding streets and unique charm through a variety of culturally enriching opportunities. The program offers enrollment at the acclaimed Gaiety School of Acting- National Theatre School of Ireland, housing in fully-equipped student apartments, and field trips throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Courses are taught by Gaiety School of Acting (GSA) instructors. Your coursework focuses on Acting and Devising, Movement for the Stage, Voice for the Stage, and Theatre Studies and Textual Analysis. These courses will be held at the GSA, and are worth 6 credits total.

Starting at the IES Abroad Center near St. Stephen's Green and Trinity College in the heart of Dublin, this program will help you to gain a meaningful cultural experience and a deeper knowledge of what it means to be a citizen of the world.
