    Excellent internship placements representative of Dublin's exciting political, literary, and business life are available to you on the IES Abroad Dublin Summer Internship Program. Participating in an internship not only allows you to develop an international résumé, but also fully integrates you into daily life in Dublin. In addition to practical work in the field, you attend an academic seminar for which you earn six credits.

    Over the course of the summer, you will come to know Dublin's winding streets and unique charm. The IES Abroad Dublin program offers internship placements in a wide array of exciting fields, housing in fully-equipped student apartments, and field trips. Starting at the IES Abroad Center near St. Stephen's Green and Trinity College in the heart of Dublin, this program will help you to gain a meaningful cultural experience and a deeper knowledge of what it means to be a citizen of the world.

    All internships are vetted by IES Abroad Dublin. Internships are typically available in the following fields:

    * Arts Administration - Previous placements include the Fishamble Theater Company and Lorraine Brennan Management.
    * Business/Marketing/Human Resources - Previous placements include 02, Bank of Ireland, The Ark Cultural Centre for Children, The Volleyball Association of Ireland, and the Dublin Fringe Festival.
    * Journalism - Previous placements include City Channel TV Station, Newstalk, Metro Eireann newspaper, The Dubliner, and Circa Arts Magazine.
    * Media - Previous placements include Image Magazine, The O'Brien Press Publishing Company, Tangerine, and Big Red Engine Production Company.
    * Museums and Galleries - Previous placements include the Adams Fine Art Auctioneers, the National Museum, and Green on Red Art Gallery.
