The IES Abroad Amsterdam Direct Enrollment program offers students two separate opportunities for specialized study in English:
* Conservatorium van Amsterdam- Individual and small group instruction, and ensemble work for advanced Music students in Jazz and Classical Performance and Theory.
* Gerrit Rietveld Academie- Personalized instruction in Fine and Applied Arts and Art Theory for advanced, self-motivated Art students.

IES Abroad students integrate into the local student culture through full access to university clubs, recreational facilities, and events.
