Husson College is a private college located in Bangor in the center of the beautiful State of Maine. Maine is a state where the lush forests meet the rockbound sea, a mosaic of small towns, family businesses, and traditional values. Yet, surrounded by Quebec, the Maritimes and the Atlantic Ocean, Maine's people share in an unexpected global awareness. The College campus has 200 acres of field and forests, traditional brick architecture highlighted by a campus center, bell tower, and the Center for Family Business. A massive fireplace built of coastal Maine granite beside a Steinway piano captures Husson's sense of community. The chapel, art gallery, and Sports Hall of Fame convey the diversity of college life. Dorm rooms, wired for computers, phone and cable TV, provide a technological window on the world. Our 2,000 students come from every corner of the globe. A value-centered campus environment goes far beyond the classroom, to include diverse opportunities for students. Dozens of student clubs and organizations teach students leadership skills and provide social opportunities. Our varsity athletic programs for women and men help build character, maturity and friendship.
