Description

If hired, the cook/chef is assigned with preparing and serving meals, stock control and purchasing of kitchen stock.

Highlights

Work in a beautiful part of the world - experience the African Bush at its best. We have approximately 65 different wild-life species on the Reserve including 4 of the Big 5.

Qualifications

The applicant(s) need to have some hospitality qualification OR experience and have a love for the bush. A valid international driver's license/permit is a recommendation. On the job training will be provided. Contactable references are a must.
