Description

The Hotell Centralstation is a perfect Sweden budget accommodation near the Uppsala Central Train Station and the Travel Center, making it easily accessible by car, train, airplane or bus.

Our rooms are designed and furnished in different ways. Many rooms are equipped with top bunk, but for those who are reluctant to "climb", we have a number of other options.

All rooms have comfortable spring beds and flat screen televisions.

We have a number of larger and more spacious rooms, but to keep down the price level is most of the rooms small but space-efficient. They are perfect for short term accommodation. Many rooms are so-called "kabinrum" with windows facing the corridor. On the hotel side, we have a number of rooms by more traditional window.

Despite its central location, it is calm and quiet in the rooms and vibrant, just outside the entrance is not marked at all.

The rooms ventilated by temperature air entering the floor level and then brought out through the exhaust in the roof. This gives a very good air circulation, which provides good conditions for a good night's sleep. Especially when the summer heat strikes.

* On foot from Central:
Go straight out of Central Station via the new "Central Passage". Cross Kungsgatan and then immediately right and continue along Kungsgatan against Bangårdsgatan and "Coffee by George," about 50 m. Turn left on Tape ¥ rdsgatan and continue about 20 meters so you have the Central Hotel and Hostel Uppsala Central Station on your left. A warm welcome!

* By car From the north (Gavle):
Take the E4 north exit, follow signs to "center" and then signs for "Central Station". You travel on Main Street and when you have the old station building on the left side, you are Bangårdsgatan on the right side. Turn right onto Bangårdsgatan. After about 20 meters so you have the Central Hotel and Hostel Uppsala Central Station on your left. A warm welcome!

* By car From the south (Stockholm):
Take the E4 south exit. Follow the signs to the center. When you travel on Main Street and the old station building on the right side, you take left onto Bangårdsgatan. After about 20 meters so you have the Central Hotel and Hostel Uppsala Central Station on your left. A warm welcome!

* By Road west (Enköping):
Run of Highway 55 towards Uppsala. Traveling on Luthagsesplanaden right up to the new 9-storey police building. Turn right at the roundabout towards the train station. You travel now on Main Street and when you have the old station building on the left side, you are Bangårdsgatan on the right side. Turn on Bangårdsgatan. After about 20 meters so you have the Central Hotel and Hostel Uppsala Central Station on your left. A warm welcome!

* By car From the East (Östhammar):
After about 288 to travel straight ahead into the central Uppsala. When you come to Kungsgatan turn left towards the train station. when you have the old station building on the left side, you are Bangårdsgatan on the right side. Turn right on Bangårdsgatan. After about 20 meters so you have the Central Hotel and Hostel Uppsala Central Station on your left. A warm welcome!
