Following training there is considerable support offered to teachers. Both experienced foreign teachers and local teachers offer ongoing support and assistance. Hess provides regular personal development sessions for teachers. This allows teachers to share their ideas with others, as well as learning fresh ideas and perspectives from others. Importantly, Hess is an established and thriving business. Therefore, Hess is reliable with payment and increasing a teacher's hourly pay rate. Other smaller schools may pay more but they also run the risk of going out of business and accordingly having nothing to pay the teachers. Hess also offers a thoroughly planned and structured curriculum through all its programs. This takes the burden of planning off individual teachers, without completely removing their creative input. Individual teachers own the lesson they deliver and are able to impart their personal style on each lesson. However, the structure put in place by Hess reduces the workload of its teachers. Overall, Hess is a professional and well run organisation which is a pleasure to work for.
