    We are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join the Delivery Centre in Wroclaw, Poland. You will be providing Technical Support for Computers, Peripherals Network related issues and connected devices for European customers through Voice and Remote Support.

    Key skills:
    * Good command of German is a must
    * Should have profound knowledge in Hardware, O/S, wired & wireless networking.
    1. ISP Support - ADSL, DSL & cable
    2. Product Support -
    - Routers - Wired/Wireless
    - Wireless - Accesspoints, Bridges, Range extenders, Antennas etc
    - Peripherals - Printers, printservers, webcameras, IP cameras etc
    - Gaming: Xbox,xbox360,Play station, Nintendo, Tivo etc
    - Adapters: Wired/wireless, USB etc
    3. Email Applications - Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2003 and 2007 and Mac Mail
    4. Operating Systems - Win 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista, Mac OS 9,X
    5. Basic understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP etc)
    6. Basic understanding of IP addressing and sub netting
    7. Wireless standards: working, difference
